ok i thought your style of poetry and general writing was beautiful, so i wanted to share some of mine as an exchange of inspiration? i tried to write recent memories in as much detail as possible. uhh i don't do this often (or ever) so dont feel obliged to reply "Summer brumous air hung limp over the docks, at blond and weak lilac dawn, it smelled like the dying breaths of a thousand coral reefs. The wind sent puckering shivers over the top of the water, tenuous and slow. That place always tasted like the spument acridity of carbonation, like neon fruit grown on glass trees, like the chemicals that I drank from a cold metal can. The light was hazy and dilute, And damp had softened the rotting wood on the bench so I could furrow deep welts in them with my bare fingertips, leaving a grotty green, raw residue under my fingernails, the texture of congealing eyeliner. The frail fence had rickets made of winding, knotted wood, the shape of decay, painted with bird feaces and yellow lichen. But completely safe to walk on. Crabs, brown plasticky coral and rocks danced in the dark and quiet under the white film that coated the water’s surface in illusions. "

me and my other half have been obsessing over your website and we are both so inspired by your artwork and your designs. we are both thinking about designing our own website/blogs and are very stumped by all that is involved in learning how to code... your website is so seemless and sweet! i'm curious, because you have this form of expression on the internet, do you have social media? if not, do you feel more present because of that? if you do, do you feel distracted by the complexities of the system? there's no pressure to respond, we just think you're awesome :-) thank you for doing your thing and showing that it's possible <3
